Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, performing ad-hoc analysis, validating data sources, and driving data processes with a strategic, results-oriented mindset. Remote-friendly with flextime and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development; maintain or migrate Tableau models (to Streamlit).
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for reporting accuracy.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate self-guided with strategic priorities and efficient next steps.
• Maintain quality and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks to ensure project success.
