AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data, validate sources, and translate complex analytics into actionable narratives. The role offers flextime with remote and office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements.
