AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, validate data models, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders while collaborating across remote teams.

This role offers flexible hours, USD-based compensation, and exposure to Fortune 500 and leading startups

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with existing models or migrations.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis and testing.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analyses.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
