AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards, reports, and insights from large datasets for senior leaders and product teams.

You will own data models, validate calculations, and interact with customers to gather requirements while working across remote-communication tools in a flexible environment. This role emphasizes fast, data-driven decision support and quality storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Able to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
