Job summary
AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, perform data analyses, validate data models, and collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools.
Strong English and experience with data warehousing are essential; flexible, remote-friendly culture with USD-based
Qualifications
- 5+ years SQL development experience across large datasets.
- 3+ years Tableau development; migrate models to Streamlit.
- Hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience with Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for ad-hoc analysis.
- Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
- Ability to validate data models and calculations for accuracy.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify and validate data sources for reliability of insights.
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
