Job summary

AgileEngine in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, analyze data to identify trends, validate sources, and communicate insights to diverse audiences. Flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining/migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
