AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data trends, validate data sources, and translate complex data into actionable narratives. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration using GitHub/Slack/JIRA, and a remote-friendly, USD-based compensation model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Maintaining and validating data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.
