AgileEngine in Rosario is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, run ad-hoc analysis, validate data sources, and translate complex data into actionable narratives. Remote-friendly, with a fast-paced, people-first culture and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, or JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
