AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years of Tableau, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools. You will work with remote collaboration tools and communicate complex data insights to varied audiences, driving business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
