AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau development, Python, and experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor), Excel/Google Sheets, and data warehousing concepts. You’ll work in a remote/office-friendly environment and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining/migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
