AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop analytics models, optimize SQL queries, maintain Tableau models or migrate to Streamlit, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly setup.

Fluency in English and experience with remote tools like GitHub, Slack, and JIRA are required; the role offers flextime and hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, JIRA.
