Job summary
AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to drive data-informed decisions, while collaborating across remote and office environments with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL development experience.
- 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
- Prior hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
- Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
