Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Mar del Plata, Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will own end-to-end BI work, optimize data models, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and leverage SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to deliver actionable insights with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Python development experience.
• AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor used in tasks.
• Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience using GitHub, Slack and JIRA for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvements.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Navigate ambiguity, set strategy, translate data into insights for leaders.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner with urgency.
