Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, Python, and familiarity with AI coding tools. You will work with data warehousing concepts and collaborate via GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, and JIRA for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
