Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to translate large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Python, and work with AI coding tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining/migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
