Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data models, optimize SQL and Tableau work, and collaborate across functions, including customer-facing activities.
A flexible remote/office setup and USD-based pay are offered. This role requires strong English, hands-on Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor to drive business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL development experience
- 3+ years of Tableau development experience
- Hands-on Python development experience
- Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge
- Ability to validate data models and calculations
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service
- Improve data processes, tools, and documentation
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and product teams
- Navigate ambiguity strategically and set priorities for projects
