Built Technologies in Argentina is seeking Software Engineers to join our backend team. You will own scalable APIs, drive architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional partners across the company.

We value strong technical leadership, system refactors, and delivering high-impact outcomes. This role requires hands-on engineering across the stack with a focus on reliability and performance.

Formación

• Proven backend engineering experience with scalable APIs and service design.
• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases and performance tuning.
• Experience deploying systems on AWS in production.
• Track record enabling engineering teams to achieve business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple components and teams.
• Assess and align technical solutions with product strategy and priorities.
• Lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades with risk management.
• Document architectures for cross-team clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor teammates, delegating responsibilities to grow the team.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes.
