Built Technologies in Argentina is seeking software engineers to join our team, working on the lending side of Built's platform that processes construction spend and connects lenders with borrowers.

You will contribute to scalable backend services, APIs, and services, with opportunities to work full-stack including React with TypeScript.

This role offers mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to impact a growing startup.

Formación

• Proven backend engineering experience with scalable APIs, service design, and modeling.
• Expertise in database design/optimization for relational and non-relational DBs.
• Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, algorithms, data structures, complexity.
• Experience deploying systems on AWS in production.
• Proven track record enabling teams and delivering business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple components and teams.
• Assess solutions to align with product strategy and trade-offs.
• Lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades with risk management.
• Document architectures for cross-team understanding.
• Mentor teammates and foster collaboration.
