Hired is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Argentina for a full-time role focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and drive technical excellence.

You will lead architecture, mentor engineers, and tackle complex issues to ensure reliability and performance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong coding skills in Python/Java/C++, and hands-on cloud/container

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and implementation of software systems to meet business and technical requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and high standards.
