Built Technologies is seeking Software Engineers to join its Argentina team. The role focuses on backend engineering, scalable APIs, and data modeling within a fast-growing fintech hardware and construction lending platform.
The team emphasizes technical leadership, cross-team collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-impact software that serves lenders and borrowers globally.
Formación
- Proven backend engineering experience with scalable APIs and service design.
- Database design and performance optimization (relational and non-relational).
- Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis.
- Experience deploying systems on AWS in production.
- Track record of enabling teams and delivering business outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver complex end-to-end solutions across multiple components and teams.
- Assess technical solutions and advise on priorities and trade-offs.
- Lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades with risk management.
- Document system structures for cross-team understanding.
- Mentor teammates and foster collaboration in small cross-functional teams.
- Drive cross-functional work to achieve impactful business outcomes.
