Avenga is actively seeking a senior backend engineer in Argentina to scale high-availability payment platforms. You will design, build, and optimize low-latency microservices in a cloud-native AWS environment, with a focus on robust REST APIs and scalable data models.

You will own end-to-end deployment workflows and drive architectural initiatives, delivering high-throughput financial solutions. You will work with a team of professionals dedicated to cloud integrations, code quality

Formación

• 6+ years of backend development in Java with microservices.
• Deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• High-availability, low-latency systems design and robust REST APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of payment systems and related domains.
• Proficient with AWS tools including Lambda, EKS, ECS, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, API Gateway.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-scale microservices, data models, and integration patterns.
• Drive architectural initiatives with ownership from design to production rollout.
• Secure and optimize high-availability, low-latency systems and database queries.
• Build, deliver, and evolve robust REST APIs and end-to-end deployments.
• Leverage AWS services for distributed architectures and event-driven data flows.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
