Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/backend experience.
• 5+ years in Python, building production-grade backend systems.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based development.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems involving databases, APIs, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-ready systems with reliability, performance, and maintainability.
