Bask Health is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to work directly with the CEO and CTO, building the software infrastructure behind telehealth. You will own end-to-end features from concept to production, applying an AI-first mindset and collaborating with care teams to deliver reliable, scalable software.

You’ll work across the stack, from UI to API to database, and you’ll prototype quickly with real users. Expect fast iterations in a startup that values ownership and quality.

Formación

• Full-stack generalist with experience taking a product from 0–1.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and startup-ready attitude.
• Ability to own entire projects and drive delivery end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences.
• Work across the stack—from interface to API to database.
• Prototype fast and validate with real users, including patients and care teams.
• Build for scale and own the codebase with clean architecture.
• Make automation legible, trustworthy, and transparent.
• Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability across the stack.
• Share AI-native workflows and document prompts and patterns to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment with a highly collaborative team.
