Carda Health is seeking a talented full‑stack software engineer who loves building phenomenal products with real meaning. You’ll work across the full stack—from UI to business logic, backend APIs, data storage and parallel mobile app support—in direct collaboration with the founders to shape the product and infrastructure for remote rehab.

As an early hire in a pivotal role, you’ll own core features, implement AI agent workflows, and help define the data strategy, emphasizing quality,

Formación

• 5+ years of full‑time, full‑stack web application development across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
• Strong experience building backend services and APIs with Rails/Django/Node.js or similar.
• SQL for data analysis and visualization in tools like Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar.
• Proven ability to take product ownership and deliver results.
• A keen eye for product and user experience.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, and deliver new functionality in the web‑based version of our core product.
• Build robust backend APIs and data models to support frontend and mobile apps.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agent workflows to improve patient experience.
• Play a key role in developing the product vision and data strategy.
• Collaborate across the team with a focus on code quality and fast iteration.
