AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure to guide AI agents through planning, testing, and deployment, ensuring output quality and robust security.

You will deliver end-to-end features, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and portals while upholding privacy and governance standards.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.
• Work within AI Skill governance and deliver functional V1 at pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, CI/CD, pipelines, and production validation.
• Strong communication; escalate blockers early.
• US Eastern Time overlap for a full-time engagement.
• Demonstrate agentic workflow in live AI coding exercise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TS, and Azure with agentic workflows.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT/demo readiness.
• Turn changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Apply AI Skill consistently and propose workflow improvements.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review and verify generated work; avoid accepting agent output uncritically.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portals.
• Ensure security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege.
• Make blockers, risks, and next steps visible to the team.
