A consulting firm in the SAP sector is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll for Argentina. This role offers a long-term, fully remote assignment, allowing for immediate start. Candidates should have solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization) and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing documentation, and leading a small team. The ideal candidate will possess strong local payroll knowledge and functional implementation skills.

Formación

• Extensive experience in local payroll processes, specifically in Argentina.
• Ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional workshops.
• Prepare BBPs and design documentation.
• System configuration and implementation.
• Lead a team of 24 consultants.

Conocimientos

Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization)

Familiarity with SAP HANA or ECP infrastructure

Fluent in Spanish and English

Autonomy and leadership experience

Contract type: Permanent employee (under payroll) or freelance / contractor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Argentina (PY) Consultant, with deep local payroll knowledge and strong functional implementation skills, capable of leading a small team.

Key Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization)
• Familiarity with SAP HANA or ECP infrastructure
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Senior profile with autonomy and leadership experience
