OneSeven Tech is seeking a Solutions Architect and Team Lead to own the MCP project's cloud-native architecture on AWS. You will stay hands-on with code and architecture, lead engineers and AI specialists, and act as the main technical voice with the client.

You will drive strategic AI implementations, including agentic workflows and RAG integrations, while mentoring the team and shaping engineering practices across the project.

Formación

• 5-6+ years in Team Lead and Solutions Architect roles, hands-on with code and architecture.
• 2-3+ years in AI projects, including LLM ecosystems and RAG architectures.
• Direct MCP or agent-to-tool integration experience, MCP infrastructure focus.
• Expert-level AWS across Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, SQS, Cognito.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent).
• Terraform (modules, remote state, multi-environment) and Docker with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Python for pipelines, API development and data processing.
• Experience with vector databases, index design, metadata schemas.
• Excellent English communication for executives and technical dives.

Responsabilidades

• Architect cloud-native AWS backbone for the MCP project with scalability and security.
• Lead the technical team while remaining hands-on with code and architecture decisions.
• Serve as primary technical voice to the client, translating architecture into business value.
• Define AI strategy for agentic workflows, RAG implementations, MCP integrations.
• mentor, conduct code reviews, and drive interviews to benchmark talent.
