Marvik is seeking a Software Engineer to build AI full-stack solutions and shape a culture of autonomy, creativity, and technical excellence. You will own backend to frontend design, including agentic AI workflows, and contribute to modernization across Azure and AWS.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, mentoring, and delivering production-grade systems with robust testing and performance considerations, in a high-bar technical environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development with 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar codebases and form opinions.
• Strong command of Azure and AWS and related orchestration/messaging decisions.
• Proven track record leading architectural initiatives across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set architectural direction for Labs products from prototype to production.
• Design and build production-grade agentic workflows with planning and guardrails.
• Be the senior technical voice in cross-team architectural decisions.
• Establish technical standards and practices across the organization.
• Contribute to SaaS product development across Azure and AWS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering across SDLC.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering culture.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of customer-facing apps.
• Implement modern automated testing and AI component evals.
