Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior customer-facing technical leader to align AI and data initiatives with business goals, delivering scalable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will engineer and present demos, lead end-to-end deployments, troubleshoot performance and security, and serve as a technical liaison between customers and Product/Engineering teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments.
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design.
Solid understanding of networking and security principles (firewalls, IAM, routing, access controls).
Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance models.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and compliance considerations.
Must have prior remote work experience, fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), ideally with US/UK-based companies.
