Overseas is seeking a Senior AI and Agentic Engineer to design and build full-stack AI applications, agentic systems, and production-grade infrastructure. You will own the React frontend, the Python/Node backend, RAG pipelines, and evaluation suites while collaborating with global clients.

You will specialize in major AI platforms (Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI) and deploy across GCP/AWS/Azure, mentoring juniors and contributing to shared accelerators.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of software or data engineering experience with hands-on AI tooling
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript and API development
• Front-end experience in React or similar frameworks and at least one backend framework
• Hands-on with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI SDK
• Deep specialization in at least one major AI platform ecosystem (Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI) and cloud exposure (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Fluency in professional English (C1/C2) for international collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Certification on at least one AI platform or cloud is a strong differentiator; if not held, plan to obtain within two months

Responsabilidades

• Develop user-facing interfaces in TypeScript and React and backend services in Python or Node
• Implement agentic behavior including orchestration, tool calling, memory, and guardrails
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with embeddings and vector/hybrid search
• Connect AI systems to enterprise data via APIs and semantic layers
• Write evaluation suites and regression tests for LLM-powered features and monitor production metrics
• Apply engineering best practices: version control, reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability
• Deploy on GCP, Azure, or AWS and maintain data pipelines feeding AI systems
• Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, Cursor) with responsible verification
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to clients and project leads
• Assist pre-sales with scoping, demos, and effort estimation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators and standards
