Bridgenext is seeking an AI Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI solutions for US-based clients from LATAM. You will lead architecture, implement MCP-based integrations, and drive best practices across the SDLC with emphasis on security and Responsible AI.

The role requires strong software engineering skills (Python, C#/.NET, TS/JS) and hands-on Azure AI experience, with a focus on scalable cloud architectures and AI governance.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and enterprise app architecture.
• Proven track record in Generative AI/LLM solutions (RAG, agentic AI).

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams and define reusable patterns.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and support pre-sales.
