AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, plus Python and AI tooling familiarity, with the ability to collaborate remotely.

You will own end-to-end BI projects, from data source validation to delivering actionable narratives that drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 1) 3+ years Tableau development, including migration to Streamlit.
• 2) Hands-on Python development experience.
• 3) Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
• 4) Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• 5) Strong data warehousing and pipeline concepts.
• 6) Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• 7) Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to support senior leadership decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy and reliability.
