Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into insights for senior leaders and product teams.
The role requires strong SQL development, Tableau expertise, Python experience, and hands-on use of AI coding tools to drive data-driven decisions. You will work with remote teams and translate complex data into impactful business narratives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
- 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
- Hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, research.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and reports to support senior leaders and product teams.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
- Interpret data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver results.
- Improve data processes, tools and documentation.
- Maintain data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
- Navigate ambiguity with strategic thinking and urgency.
