Darwoft is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI-native) to lead development on a modern transaction platform for complex M&A workflows. You’ll work with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and other AI agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining architecture and code quality.

Qualifications

Production software development experience.
Strong fundamentals in architecture and system design.
Experience with large or complex codebases.
Backend or full-stack development with modern languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Navigate, understand, and evolve a large existing production codebase.
Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
Make pragmatic architectural and system design decisions as the product scales.
Identify technical debt, risks, and reliability issues for improvement.
Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding agents extensively throughout development.
Leverage AI agents to explore codebases, design implementations, refactor code, and accelerate delivery.
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
Contribute across the application stack when needed.
Strengthen automated testing, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
