Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to drive AI-native development for an AI-Native LegalTech / M&A SaaS platform. You will work remotely across LATAM, tackle large codebases, design scalable systems, and lead architectural decisions while leveraging Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.

You’ll balance speed with reliability, own critical software delivery, and collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into robust technical

Qualifications

Production-grade software engineering with strong fundamentals.
Experience with large codebases and backend/SAAS.
Familiarity with APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
Design and implement new product capabilities across the SaaS platform.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
Identify technical debt and reliability issues for improvement.
Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot extensively throughout design and development.
Improve automated testing, observability, and deployment workflows.
