Darwoft, a Latin American technology company, seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to build AI-native software for a modern M&A SaaS platform. You will work with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and AI agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining production quality.

You will navigate large codebases, design scalable architectures, and own critical backend services. This role emphasizes pragmatic engineering, independent ownership, and product-minded thinking in a remote LATAM setting.

Qualifikationen

• Production software experience with strong fundamentals.
• Experience with large/complex codebases.
• Backend or full-stack with modern languages and frameworks.

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify debt, risks and reliability issues.
• Use Claude Code, Codex and other AI agents throughout development.
• Build backend services, APIs, data models and workflows.
• Improve testing, observability and production readiness.
• Automate workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions.
