Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to lead AI-native development for a modern transaction platform. You will work on production systems, navigate large codebases, and drive architectural decisions in a remote LATAM setup.

You will use Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery while ensuring reliability and production readiness. This is not a traditional ML role, but an engineering-focused position leveraging AI as a core tool.

Formación

• Experience building and operating production software.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Experience with modern web apps and SaaS products.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate, understand, and evolve a large existing production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural and system design decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt, architectural risks, reliability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage AI coding agents to explore codebases, design implementations, generate and refactor code, debug issues, write tests, and accelerate delivery.
