Darwoft is partnering with a software company to build an AI-native transaction platform for complex M&A workflows. We seek a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to shape architecture and drive velocity with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding agents.

The role emphasizes production software, large codebases, and strong engineering judgment in a remote LATAM context. You’ll operate in a contractor setup with USD payments, contributing across backend, APIs, data models, and cloud deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience delivering production-grade software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience navigating large or complex existing codebases.
• Backend or full-stack development experience for modern SaaS products.
• Proficiency with APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt, reliability risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Leverage AI coding agents throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute across the stack and strengthen testing, observability, and production readiness.
