Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join a high-performing, remote-first team. You will lead engineering on an AI-native platform, navigate a large production codebase, and drive architectural decisions with strong software fundamentals.

You’ll use Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery while building scalable backend services and APIs. The role emphasizes ownership, pragmatism, and product-minded engineering.

Strong fundamentals in architecture, debugging, testing, and maintainability.

Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
