The role emphasizes architecture, ownership, and delivering scalable backend services. The successful candidate will navigate a large codebase, design new capabilities, and collaborate with a fast-moving team to ship production-ready

Qualifications

• Production-grade backend systems experience.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing.
• Experience with large/complex existing codebases.
• Backend-focused or full-stack engineering with SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions at scale.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of services.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
