Darwoft, a Latin American tech firm, seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native, Claude-code-enabled environment. You will own production software across a multi-location SaaS platform, shaping architecture, reliability, and velocity with AI tools.

You’ll work remotely in LATAM, write robust backend and web solutions, and collaborate with product leadership to deliver high-impact features while maintaining quality and security.

Competenze

• Production software experience with hands-on operation.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing.
• Experience with large or complex codebases.
• Backend or full‑stack experience with modern languages/frameworks.
• Experience building modern web apps/SaaS products.

Mansioni

• Navigate large production codebase and evolve its architecture.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across the SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify risks, reliability issues, and improve tooling and processes.
