Job summary

Darwoft, a Latin American AI-native software company, seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for LATAM. You will own and evolve a large production codebase, building backend and SaaS features, using AI-assisted workflows, and shaping architecture for scale in a fully remote role.

You will work across the stack, directly contributing to code, design decisions, and production readiness while collaborating with product leadership to deliver high-quality software for multi-location clients.

Qualifications

• Strong production software experience and ownership.
• Excellent architecture, system design, debugging, testing fundamentals.
• Experience with large or complex codebases.
• Backend or full-stack development with modern languages.
• Experience building SaaS products and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and CI/CD.
