Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience and full-cycle accounting ownership.
• Strong English communication with clients and senior finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping, including reconciliations and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with year-end compilations, audits, reviews and tax work.
• Interact with clients to resolve accounting questions and issues.
• Keep client deliverables moving and flag attention needs.
• Identify process improvements in systems and workflows.
• Support financial analysis and other client projects as needed.
