Americanflat is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close and ensure accurate books across channels including Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, Shopify, and wholesale. You will manage reconciliations, inventory accounting, and balance sheet analysis under US GAAP, while providing clean, auditable support for auditors and lenders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with full-cycle month-end close.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP including inventory and revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, large-volume data.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.

Responsabilités

• Month-End Close and US GAAP: post journals for accruals, prepaids, deferrals, reclassifications.
• Inventory Accounting: reconcile inventory across 3PL, Amazon FBA, in-transit to GL; manage landed cost build-up.
