Yo Ai Labs seeks skilled accounting professionals to join a remote, worldwide contractor project. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs in accounting, review statements and month-end close workpapers, and identify corrections with clear rationale.

Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365 is preferred. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency (B2+) are required, and the role emphasizes independent work and timely delivery.

Formación

• Accounting knowledge and judgment for AI training and financial data evaluation.
• Experience with multiple financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
