Vintti in Argentina is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to own the accounts payable process and lead month-end close activities. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the finance function in a fast-moving eCommerce environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online. This role provides visibility, ownership, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• At least 1 year in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end close activities, including accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to own our accounts payable process and lead month-end close activities. This is a newly created role with real scope to shape how the finance function operates. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, eCommerce environments.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) process
• Lead month-end close activities, including accruals and adjustments
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliations
• Track and reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews
• Ensure all financial records comply with US GAAP standards
• Support internal and external audit processes

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• At least 1 year of experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment
• Strong command of US GAAP principles
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
• High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with multi-channel revenue streams
• Background supporting audits or financial reporting processes
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overlap with US EST or CST time zones
• Tools: QuickBooks Online, Excel or Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack or Zoom
• ERP or inventory system experience is a plus
