Monks is seeking a highly organized Semi-Senior Motion Animator for a 3-month contract (October to December). You will architect visual outputs, building engines for global campaigns and ensuring scalable, localized content across languages.

You bridge high-end design and large-scale execution, developing original assets with focus on localization, template architecture, and AI-driven automation using Google tools.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-end motion work and dynamic/programmatic projects.
• Proven track record of managing 'Creative at Scale' for localization or AB testing.
• A hacker mindset—automation of repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Master Template Architecture: Design and 'bulletproof' complex After Effects templates with adaptive layouts.
• Precision Localization: Roll out global campaigns with frame-perfect regional variations.
• Workflow Automation: Use AI-assisted tools to trigger renders via data feeds.
• Asset Scaling & QA: Maintain rigid organization and ensure exports meet specs.
• Strategic Creative Development: Build Hero motion assets for scalable automated systems.
