Monks, the global digital-first brand, seeks a Mid AV / Multimedia Designer to design, manipulate and tailor graphics, sound, animation, video and text for integrated multimedia social assets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.

You will generate motion assets, manage end-to-end production, and adapt visuals for social media at scale, working with the Social Media and AI teams to shape asset production.

Formación

• +2 years experience in advertising or production in a multimedia role.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content production for social media.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines, manage between accounts and the corresponding teams.
• Strong experience in social media, creative calendar management, and asset production.
• Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a high volume of assets on the agreed dates to achieve goals.
• Generate motion and premier templates for asset production at scale.
• Overseeing the end-to-end production of digital assets.
• Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.
• Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real time.
• Work hand to hand with the Social Media Team and AI technical team to provide ideas for the asset production.
