Monks is seeking an experienced Designer to craft innovative visual assets across digital and print channels. You will balance speed and craft, using AI tools to enhance creativity and production, and bring ideas from concept to execution.

The role requires a robust portfolio, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a collaborative mindset. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across platforms.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a Designer across digital, print, and advertising materials.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and curiosity to experiment with them.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print, demonstrating versatility and craft.
• Experience across the full design process, from concept development to final execution and delivery.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, grid systems, interaction, layout, and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Confidence presenting and articulating design decisions.
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Understanding of social media dynamics and how to create engaging content for different platforms.

• Create style proposals, concept mockups, and prototypes for digital and print campaigns.

• Ensure pixel-perfect execution across formats with high quality standards.
• Design and adapt assets for digital channels and print materials.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance ideation and production efficiency.
• Stay updated on cultural and visual trends to create relevant work across platforms.
• Elevate storytelling through design across static and motion formats.
• Contribute to pitch work through visual proposals.
• Support production teams in multi-market rollouts.
