Monks is expanding our creative services by hiring a full‑time Senior 2D/3D Animator to lead and develop paid media animation for top clients. You will partner with our media buying team and collaborate with designers to deliver ads across Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

You will manage multiple motion projects, own revisions and resizing for major clients, and continuously improve workflows. Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.

Formación

• 4–6 years technical experience with motion design and video editing, preferably at a performance‑focused agency.
• Portfolio required
• In‑depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere
• Experience in paid media ad animation
• 4‑year college degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience

Monks is looking to expand our creative service capabilities by hiring a full-time Senior 2D/3D Animator. Reporting to the Associate Director of Animation, you will be a trailblazer helping to build the creative offering for a top performance marketing agency. You will partner with our media buying team and work alongside clients to develop creative that drives results.

Required Skill Set

You’ll be responsible for animating paid media ads for digital channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) both net‑new and from existing client materials. You’ll be somewhat of a motion generalist, at times jumping from animation into short‑form video editing.

Creative

• Collaborate with our designers and producers to create ads that drive performance results for our client’s media programs
• Strong time management, leading multiple motion‑based projects with tight timelines
• Project manage yourself, fluidly jumping between multiple projects
• Own revision and resizing projects for our largest clients

Qualifications

• 4‑year college degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience

Additional Experience (Not required but a plus)

• Experience with HTML5 ad animation
• Experience using Gen AI tools for ad builds and concepting
• Experience building versioning workflows or working with automated versioning tools
• Familiarity with Google suite
• B2C and B2B experience
